Live Art for Your Big Day

Arte en vivo para tu gran día

Make your celebration unforgettable with art created right in front of your guests. Javi, the Cuban artist behind Get Tooned by Javi, paints your wedding or quinceañera live as it happens, or draws your guests as fun caricatures on the spot. You get the show during the party and the art to keep afterward.

About Javi

Javi is a Cuban caricature and cartoon artist and fine-art painter who works in acrylic, watercolor, charcoal, pastel, and oil. He founded Get Tooned by Javi in 2015. He has shown his work at a market show in Wynwood, Miami, and drawn live caricatures for fans at a major Florida comic convention.

Weddings

While you say "I do," Javi is at his easel capturing the moment. He can paint the ceremony, your first dance, the venue, or a portrait of the two of you. Your guests get to watch the painting come together, and you take home a one-of-a-kind keepsake of your day.

Quinceañeras

Fifteen only happens once. Javi paints the quinceañera, her grand entrance, the waltz, or the whole celebration as it unfolds. It's a family heirloom painted by a Cuban artist who knows how much this day means, made to be hung on the wall and passed down.

Parties & Events: Live Caricatures

Birthdays, corporate events, anniversaries, graduations, and more. Javi sets up and draws guests on the spot in his fun, exaggerated caricature style. Everyone leaves with a laugh and a drawing to take home. It's entertainment and a party favor in one.

How It Works

  1. Inquire. Send your event date, venue, and estimated guest count.

  2. Confirm and deposit. Our events partner, Artistic Talent Group, sends you a quote. A deposit locks in your date.

  3. Javi arrives and sets up. He comes to your venue and sets up his station before the fun begins.

  4. Art delivered. Guests take their caricatures home on the spot. Live paintings go to the family as a finished keepsake.

A deposit reserves your date. Dates are held on a first-come basis, so reach out early.

Pricing: Every event is different. Pricing depends on how long the event runs, its size, and travel. Tell our events partner, Artistic Talent Group, about your event and they’ll send you a personalized quote.

Nine Years with Artistic Talent Group

Nueve años con Artistic Talent Group

Nine years ago, I found my artistic home with Artistic Talent Group, an agency that has brought live caricatures and custom art to events across the country for more than 30 years. From day one, they saw my potential and trusted me to create their signature products for guests at private celebrations and corporate events alike.

Thanks to ATG, my art has traveled to events in cities across the United States and even abroad. For an artist, that kind of trust means everything, and I'm deeply grateful to be part of their team.

ATG is led by owners Barbara and Keelan Parham. Barbara, the agency's founder and CEO, was named the U.S. Small Business Administration's 2026 State of Florida and North Florida District Woman-Owned Small Business of the Year. Keelan, ATG's co-founder and Chief Creative Officer, is a fellow caricature artist and past President of the International Society of Caricature Artists, so the agency is run by people who know live event art from behind the easel. When you book live event art through ATG, you're working with a team that truly cares about artists and the people they create for.

FAQ

How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can. Weekend dates, especially during wedding and quinceañera season, tend to fill up. Your date is only reserved once your deposit is in.

What area do you cover?
Miami and South Florida, including Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

Can you set up indoors and outdoors?
Yes. Javi can work indoors or outdoors. For outdoor events, a covered or shaded spot is best to protect the artwork. Let him know your venue details when you inquire.

How long does a live painting take?
Javi paints over the course of your event, so guests can watch it develop from start to finish. Timing depends on the size and detail of the piece. Our events partner, Artistic Talent Group, will go over what to expect when they send your quote.

Can the painting be finished after the event?
Yes. Most of the painting happens live, and if a piece needs final details or touch-ups, Javi can finish it in the studio afterward before delivering it to you.
